Business Analysis Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for majors in Clinical Medicine, Biomedicine, Statistics, Business Analysis, or Pharmacy-related fields.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business analysis within the healthcare industry; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, skilled in tools like PivotTables and functions; possess basic data statistics and analysis capabilities.
• Data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, team collaboration awareness; meticulous and responsible work ethic.

Responsibilities

• 1 Responsible for the collection, organization, and analysis of clinical operations, business partnerships, and industry market data; produce data analysis reports and specialized reports.
• 2 Track clinical project progress, analyze project benefits and the effectiveness of business collaborations ，in order to provide data support for business decisions.
• 3 Research competitors and market trends within the healthcare industry, clarify business needs, and assist in optimizing clinical business-related processes.
• 4 Liaise with cross-departmental teams to complete data reporting, document organization, and other analytical tasks assigned by superiors.
